Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using CopyPilotFlow (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your acceptance is recorded at registration.
2. What the Service is — and is not
CopyPilotFlow is a self-directed order-execution and automation tool: it copies orders you originate on accounts you control to other accounts you control, according to settings you configure. The Service is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or signal provider. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, legal or tax advice, an offer, or a recommendation of any transaction or strategy.
3. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must be of legal age and legally permitted to trade futures in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for: every trade placed on or copied to your accounts; your copy ratios, risk settings and group configuration; complying with your broker's terms and all laws applicable to you; and keeping your credentials secure. All trading decisions are exclusively yours.
4. Assumption of trading risk
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose more than your initial investment. You accept every risk described in the Risk Disclosure, including risks arising from software behavior such as latency, partial fills, rejected orders, reconciliation actions, downtime or malfunction.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis via our payment processors (Stripe or PayPal) and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with prior notice effective at your next billing cycle.
6. Acceptable use
You may not: use the Service on accounts you do not own or control; reverse engineer, resell or provide the Service to third parties; use it to provide investment advice or manage money for others; interfere with the Service's operation or security; or use it in violation of any law or broker agreement.
7. Service provided “AS IS”
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ORDERS WILL BE COPIED, EXECUTED OR SYNCHRONIZED CORRECTLY, TIMELY OR AT ALL.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COPYPILOTFLOW, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CopyPilotFlow and its owners from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Dispute resolution, governing law and class-action waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration or by the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You must bring any claim within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it.
11. Termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, and may modify the Service or these Terms with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10 survive termination.
12. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Contact: support@copypilotflow.com.
